Importer for GP quality of service ratings. Data from PhE where we need to join on practice code.

The gps' rating data from PHE can be downloaded as csv here. The survey data includes:

• % who would recommend the practice
• % satisfied with phone
• % who saw/spoke to nurse or GP the same or the next day
• % reporting good overall experience in making an appointment
• % with a long-standing health condition
• % with caring responsibility

They also offer the Fingertips API, but not sure how good it works.
