Point playwrite tests to elm-book examples

Context

The elm-book examples are much more convenient to test against as they have modifier check boxes that we can test against.

Proposed solution

Once the elm-book examples have been merged, point the tests at them.

Not much should change in the tests apart from the BASE_URL and clicking of the modifiers.
