Environment Handling

Securely handling but not into secret handling.

1. Address the perception issue. Encrypt the secrets in the database. This would include the environment variable.
2. Secrets management Integration.

We don't know what's a secret and what isn't. Connectors would have to tell conduit what's a secret and what isn't. <= lets not do it. Let's just encrypt everything.
