I wish there were more examples of the lab connectors and using them with real data setup underneath them.

@gedw99 can you say a little more about what you'd want here? Is the idea that we would have "tutorial" like examples that show manipulating more real-world data?

Its does not need to be a lame duck tutorial, because a Makefile and working code is almost always enough. Just code and data with makefile !! Maybe show off postresql CDC using cockroach maybe because that's so easy to setup without docker. Loading data can be then just a SQL dump.

I think later you can then use it as a base for a more beginner tutorial. ut that later.
