Mac Installer asks for permission twice

Bug Description If installing the node for the first time on Mac, installation wizard offers the same warning dialogue twice in a row.

Steps to Reproduce Try to install the Node on Mac where it is not currently installed.

Expected Result Dialogue should appear only once.

Actual Result The same dialogue appears twice.

  • Software Version: 5.1.3
  • OS: Ventura 13.1

I can't reproduce this on my mac running macOS 13.0.1. We just specify an installCheck function here which macOS runs. We haven't changed that for a while. Did it start happening after upgrading to 13.1?
