Question, how would this fit alongside eventually implementing #251 to have us fetch the `repomd.xml` and `repomd.xml.asc` file from the main server while getting everything else from mirrors?
What specifically do you hope to gain with `oci://` support? OCI registries aren't really a good place to store RPM repositories.

This is an odd issue, as Fedora live media all have SELinux enabled. Is the rootfs fully labeled inside the ISO image?
Yes, Fedora Rawhide images are on Dracut 103 now. You can find them at https://nightly.fedoraproject.org/.
Note that it's not really a "legacy application" thing. I would ask that you not refer to applications as such for using colorful icons.
