Please supply with more css examples

This is a small feature request: When I first read about the plugin I assumed that parameters within it would let you control its location on screen. This doesn't however seem to be the case. With this in mind I think it would be really helpful if it came with different sets of CSS files that show the menu looking very different with the menu button placed in different locations on screen.
