We need to port the deaths database over from bingehack

Ideally, this should also show living characters and be updated every game tick. That way, the existing death database website can be used as a binge board, which will serve to also close #43

I... don't care about this anymore. If someone else wants to do it, feel free but I'm removing this from the bingehack4 migration milestone and will consider it a dropped feature.

This also seems to be resolved with the API exposed by #68 and https://github.com/liam-middlebrook/bingehack4-binge-api
