Understanding RESET connection

Hi,

Question about:

3.3->RESET 3.3v->3.3v

UNO has 2 power inputs: 5v and 3.3v.

Is RESET and 3.3v suppose to split same source on breadboard?

Sorry, I am not electric guy, more software
