Change hierarchy viewer to auto-open an inner node if it is selected

Selecting an inner node in the model (e.g. forceset) should open it in the hierarchy viewer. Clicking the node should select it. Clicking the expander triangle should open the node, but not select it (ideally - this is less crucial behavior).
