Add shortcut into the UI to completely reset all config/runtime data

Estimate: 4-8h (it just deletes files - assuming the configuration system is "done")

I.e. a "Factory Reset" button in the UI

Related: #782 added runtime user configuration, which will need to be wiped when this is implemented (along with wiping recent files, etc.)
