Operator subscription is stuck at 1.2.0

Hello,

We have configured out cluster to use this operator exactly as provided here: https://github.com/ComplianceAsCode/compliance-operator/blob/master/config/catalog/catalog-source.yaml, but we have found that it does not pull any versions newer than v1.2.0. The latest version at the time of writing is v1.3.1.

Is is particularly an issue because https://github.com/ComplianceAsCode/compliance-operator/commit/f043d19e13ae70a3dfde1deecddd69c5101ea155 introduced additional permissions compliance operator needs. Because the installed operator pulls latest tag of the image (rather than a specific content sha), our operator is using updated code, but without updated role permissions.

Please direct me if there is a better repository to raise the issue.
