What best settings for 24gb ram and rtx 3090?

Can some one please give best settings for 24 GB ram on windows 11? Maximum resolution that i able to get is 512x512.

I am able to create images 1280x768 with RTX 3060, so you should be able to go for more. Use Topaz GigaPixel, waifu2x-extension-gui, or realsr-ncnn-vulkan

This uses 21,880 VRAM for me: python scripts/txt2img.py --prompt "An alien landscape, vector art" --n_samples 1 --n_iter 1 --H 704 --W 768 --ddim_steps 50 --outdir outputs/txt2img-samples/largest

3060 ti or 3060 12 gb? how many iterations per second?

Seems like my max is 512x512 as well with latent-diffusion.
