NullPointerError on Cipres for a relaxed clock file that runs fine on local machine

I know you are not the mainainers of Cipres, but we have contacted them in vain and not heard back, so in case the problem is obvious on the BEAST2 side, a fix would be nice. (And a NullPointerException is worth mentioning to you in any case.)

I try to run the attached file on Cipres. It's a binary model with a BD tree, some awkward (partly uniform) calibrations and a relaxed clock. It seems that the issue is introduced when adding the relaxed clock: The sibling file with a strict clock runs fine.
