MVVM Toolkit analyzer improvements planning

This issue tracks some general post 8.4 improvements for the MVVM Toolkit analyzers:

  • [x] Skip warning for generated members on [GeneratedBindableCustomProperty] types if explicit members are targeted
  • [ ] Add analyzer for nullability warnings on [RelayCommand] target methods and CanExecute members
