Remove samples.json references to detached code

Describe the bug

The WCT samples.json file contains references to code packages that have already been detached:

• Guard APIs
• High Performance APIs
• MVVM Toolkit

Steps to reproduce

1. Run Sample App
2. Click on Helpers tab
3. Notice in the Developer section the references to the detached code (Guard, High Performance, MVVM Toolkit)

Expected behavior

Detached projects should not appear in the Sample App
