Planning stable 8.2 WASM release for WCT Sample Gallery

Background

Windows Community Toolkit 8.2 is slated to release soon, with 8.2-preview2 already in flight.

Problem

To facilitate a smooth release, we need to ensure that the web version of our gallery published at https://toolkitlabs.dev/ is updated with the latest Uno version, samples and source code.

Solution

• Update Uno if needed
• Verify if SettingsExpander and TabbedView are fixed as per https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/Windows/issues/393#issuecomment-2428036162
• Verify no unexpected functional issues throughout the wasm gallery
• Publish an update to https://toolkitlabs.dev/
