Wrong wiki link

In Contribution document, the link to access to the wiki is for the old repo.

https://aka.ms/wct/wiki refers to https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/WindowsCommunityToolkit/wiki and not https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/Windows/wiki
