Clean up suppression of CS0114 - 'function1' hides inherited member 'function2'. To make the current method override that implementation, add the override keyword. Otherwise add the new keyword

Describe the bug

There is one location in the codebase where CS0114 is suppressed. The base class does not have this member, so my guess is the suppression is wrong. Also the comment in the file does not match the meaning of CS0114.

Steps to reproduce

Build the codebase.

Expected behavior

No suppression of CS0114.
