[Gallery] Markdown styling improvements

We have some inconsistencies in our default Markdown styling used for the Gallery. These improvements should come to the MarkdownTextBlock as well.

E.g. # = H1 = should be using the same styling as TitleTextBlockStyle, improved vertical alignment of properties etc.
