Titlebar Chrome Buttons incorrect in light mode
Describe the bug
The Chrome buttons in the titlebar are invisible in light mode (white on white)
Steps to reproduce
Open the app in light mode
Expected behavior
Buttons are expected to follow Windows guidelines and change there foreground color when using different themes

@HEIC-to-JPEG-Dev I'm not able to reproduce. Is this when switching themes?
I think it might have something to do with the Wndows Settings:
Turning that on/off fixes/breaks the titlebar
