Clicking home when current page is home would navigates again unnecessarily

Describe the bug

As titled

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch app. Observe the app is at home page.
2. Click home button
3. Observe the app navigates to home page again, adding back stack entry. Arrow appears at top left

Expected behavior

At (3). the app does not navigate again and there is no arrow at the top left
