is-caused-by and cause-of definitions and domain and range restrictions

This is listed as a change in 1.6:

"Equivalence axioms for cco:Cause and cco:Effect changed from bfo:occurrent to bfo:process" (https://github.com/CommonCoreOntology/CommonCoreOntologies/releases/tag/v1.6-2024-09-26)

This change would seem to call for corresponding changes to the definitions and domain and range restrictions of cco:caused-by and cco:is-cause-of, given how cco:Cause and cco:Effect are defined. But cco:is-cause-of and cco:caused-by still have domain and range bfo:occurrent, and their definitions reflect these domain/range restrictions. Changing their domain and range restrictions to bfo:process and substituting "Process" for "Occurrent" in the relevant places in these object properties' definitions would seem to be an improvement.
