Nodes 2.0: pressing Ctrl + Z to undo something causes the graph to lose track of nodes and connections

Prerequisites

• [x] I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
• [x] I have searched existing issues to make sure this isn't a duplicate
• [x] I have tested with all custom nodes disabled (see how)

What happened?

When pressing Ctrl + Z, the graph loses track of nodes and connections. Closing the tab seems to restore it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start with a fresh workflow.
2. Press Ctrl + Z
3. Try to drag a node or a connection. The UI is broken.
