[Feature Request]: Widget visibility toggle

What would your feature do ?

Adding a toggle to nodes' properties to show/hide all widgets that get their values from external nodes through inputs, allowing to reduce visual clutter.

This could be handled on an individual node basis and additionally as a general setting to serve as a default mode.

When setting "Hide inactive widgets" to True, the result would look as follows:

Proposed workflow

1. Right-click on node
2. Click on "Properties Panel"
3. Toggle a boolean variable named e.g. "Hide inactive widgets"

Can we please have this added? I'm still using 1.9.17 just because how borked the widget visibility became not being able to hide it.
