[Feature Request]: Separate sections for "Custom Nodes", "Local Nodes", "API Nodes" in node library sidebar

What would your feature do ?

This feature would create top level categories in the node library sidebar tab for Custom Nodes, Local Nodes, and API Nodes:

Proposed workflow

1. User opens node library sidebar tab
2. The category tree has top-level categories Custom Nodes, Local Nodes, and API Nodes
