[Feature Request]: user setting for maximum zoom level

What would your feature do ?

Normally, I "zoom out" to navigate the node's graph, and then "zoom in" in to the node I want to change.

I do this with the mouse wheel. I never need to go above the normal size. But it's easier to overshoot, when zooming in, if we're not careful.   Navigation would be easier, if we could set a maximum zoom level. And it would also prevent other issues: https://github.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend/issues/2067

If this is too complex, we could just have an option to make the "default" zoom level in to the "maximum" zoom level we can have in the nodes graph.
