[Feature Request]: Add the node templates manager to the sidebar

What would your feature do ?

The node templates have great potential.

But I think many users are not aware of this feature, because it's "hidden" in the right click menu. 

Proposed workflow

The node template manager functionality could be added to the sidebar. And the user could drag the node templates to the workflow, from the sidebar.

You could add a few simple node templates, just for the list not being empty, and for this feature to be easier to understand for new users.
