ComfyUI Revision: UNKNOWN (The currently installed ComfyUI is not a Git repository) Manager is broken?

Did a fresh comfy install. Adding manager causes a "your comfy version isn't git repo" error.

Checkpoint files will always be loaded safely. This only happens when I try to add comfyui manager. When I remove it out, the error goes away.

Also, this happens as well

When I remove manager I get this:

Context impl SQLiteImpl. Will assume non-transactional DDL. No target revision found. Starting server

And there is no error. Thought at first it was something wrong with comfyui but it's the manager from what I can tell.
