Manager showing spinning circle forever when trying to install some nodes

ComfyUI current ComfyUI Manager current

Attempting to install 187 ComfyUI-Lora-Manager The ComfyUI manager just spins endlessly....

Windows shell window cannot be control-C stopped at this point, have to just hit the X close window button.

Not sure if issue with ComfyUI Manager, or ComfyUI-Lora-Manager

I guess I could install manually with git clone, then start venv and install dependencies, but a big part of installing via the manager is that there should be at least some level of security/vetting, compared to manually git cloning a random repository. Users should preference installing via manager, not manually.
