Special North American character set in CEA-608

Hi,

I’m investigating the use of this library and it is very promising. However, it seems that the support for special characters in CEA-608 is missing or incorrect. But, when I look in the source code of this project it seems to me that special characters in SCC is supported.

Questions

  • What is the status of special North American character set support?
  • Would you like for me to upload an example SCC file that replicates my issue?
