Hey @HanatoK , the code looks good to me! I don't have a chance to test just at the moment, but I've seen your benchmark results. I assume you have run the regtest too?

I didn't run the regtests. The references of the regtests are from the CPU version, so they don't match the results of GPU-resident mode. Also the regtests use the traditional way (GlobalMaster) to load Colvars, not the new interface.
