Sorting breaks table layout when some columns are hidden

Some columns are hidden in “Screen Options” on Posts list page. During drag operation this plugin creates .ui-sortable-placeholder with incorrect number of

elements (hidden columns were not exluded) and that results in remaining table elements shifting left, creating empty space on right side.
