[BUG] Sidebar logo is not hiding/showing when sidebar is collapsed

Describe the bug Sidebar logo doesnt hide/show on safari when only options Header fixed, Sidebar fixed are selected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 0. Open safari on mac

1. Go to 'https://adminlte.io/themes/v3/'
2. Select only 'Header fixed, Sidebar fixed' in layout options
3. Show/Hide sidebar
4. See error

Expected behavior Logo should be shown/hidden
