[FEATURE] Remove external sources

Hello.

Remove all external sources and host local.

Example: Google Fonts

<link rel="stylesheet" href="[https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Source+Sans+Pro:300,400,400i,700&display=fallback](view-source:https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Source+Sans+Pro:300,400,400i,700&display=fallback)">

Reason: GDPR compliance (EU law), Logging IP address from external companies outside EU

Note: jQuery, Bootstrap etc... already hosted locally.
