[BUG] Make a css dist version without Bootstrap included inside

Describe the bug When I use AdminLTE inside a large framework that has a Bootstrap dependecy already included, result in a Bootstrap is included twice... so making a css dist version without Bootstrap included inside resolve this.

Expected behavior css dist version without Bootstrap included inside

Additional context I'm using yii2 framework with https://github.com/dmstr/yii2-adminlte-asset extension
