[FEATURE] Collapsed Sidebar on Web View in Mobile View

I wanted to ask for collapsed sidebar on web view like this in the Mobile View sidebar

Because now, the mobile view just hide the sidebar when it collapsed. It's just nice to have mini-sidebar phone
