[FEATURE] Add Horizontal Menu Options

Hi, It would be nice if you add horizontal menu options thanks

Horizontal In Desktop View, we have options to set menu to horizontal mode

Sidebar sidebar1 In Mobile view, the menu responsive design to collapse sidebar

Oh that's a nice idea, I'll look over it and may I add this to v3.1.

I looked over the horizontal menu at the moment it's to hard to implement, I'll move this feature to v4 while I rework the whole code for bootstrap 5.
