Date and time format dipayed in Last refrehsed at tag needs improvement

Describe the task

The format of date and time displayed to the user in Last refreshed at shows time and date as Tue, 26-07-2022, 7:41 pm, Date and time format needs to be improved.

The changes are required on the Project details page and Check FTE page, refer screenshot for reference

Expected behavior The date and time format should be like Thu 11:00am, 28th Jul 2022

@rathorevaibhav Issue can be kept on hold as the date and time info displayed does not have any discrepancy just that it needs to be reformatted and that can be considered later with overall revamping and restructuring of the portal.
