Patched to compile on Linux + GCC 6.2.1 20160830

Hi, I've done two commits. One to make the files compile (most problems were related to including cmath headers) and another to enable successful linking.

I could make a pull request but I think I've made some bad changes too.

Hi, Thanks for your contribution. Sorry, I've not been active in a while. I'll check with newer GCC and fix this - or if you have a pull request I'll be happy too. And I think I can remove the dependency to Lemon.
