BOM for lead acid version

If the box uses lead-acid batteries, the BMS is not needed, making the box layout more simple.

The following material would be needed:

  • Box housing
  • Libre Solar MPPT 10A (incl. USB output)
  • DC 12V outlet plugs (at least 2), e.g. Reichelt BST 23 or BST 23 FEB
  • 5V USB outlet plug, e.g. Reichelt BST 67322500
  • PV module connectors for panel, e.g. Weidmüller PV stick
  • On/off Switch to disconnect battery (at least 20A DC)
  • 12V battery connectors, e.g. Reichelt BATTERIEKLEMMEN
  • Fuse holder + fuse, e.g. Reichelt LITT 0FHA0002ZXJ
  • Wires (4-6 mm²) and ferrules / crimp terminals
