[Bug]: App Not Responding on App Settings

1.82.18-1.82.20
Bug Behavior
The launcher goes to indefinite Not Responding state after selecting "App Settings" on the launcher. Left the pc on that state for a couple of hours, and when I came back it was still Not Responding.

Expected Behavior
Opening the Settings tab should how the settings tab instead of not responding indefinitely
Steps to reproduce
- Install 1.82.18 - Updated to latest(1.82.20)
- Finish Initial setup
- Select Game Folder Installation
- Go to app settings
- -Not Responding Indefinitely-

I tried to fully uninstall and reinstall it but not really sure how to do that correctly.
Hi, it seems that Waitu2X initialization might've stuck due to your system being old, can you try to install vulkan runtime (I know your gpu doesn't really support vk, but we can try to force it to go thru cpu anyway) here https://sdk.lunarg.com/sdk/download/1.4.309.0/windows/VulkanRT-1.4.309.0-Installer.exe

I was considering changing the Waifu2X initialization to asynchronous recently. It may help with this situation as well.

Yup that seems to have fixed it.
also not sure why but when i first installed it, it was working fine, it was only after a couple restarts that it started doing that.

Anyways to get to the point, ur "Hina_Modified_RVC" has stopped working for some reason. If u know somewhere I can send the details at let me know OR just send a mail. (Its linked to my acc ofc)
