[Request]: Add same partition relative file path mode (portable drive mode)

How is the feature request related to the problem?

When the portable version of Collapse Launcher is put in a ultra-speed removable SSDs with the HoYoGames files, the partition letter may change when the removable drive is inserted in other PCs. Relocating HoYoGames files in removable drive may be required.

Describe your proposed solution

If Collapse Launcher itself and the HoYoGame are in the same partition, especially in the same removable drive, when the HoYoGames is installed or relocated by Collapse Launcher, pop up an alert to ask user if use portable drive mode or not.

If agreed, it uses the relative path of the the partition where Collapse Launcher lies to mark the HoYoGames' location.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alert user in the same way just like the proposed solution, just when Collapse Launcher is in the same partition of the HoYoGames, no matter if they are in the portable drive.

Additional context

The portable version of Collapse Launcher may be suitable for PortableApps, which is a neat solution for installing apps on a portable media. The relative file path mode is a nice solution when someone store game files in a USB 4 NVMe disk and gaming on any computers.

Currently the main config data is hardcoded in %AppData%/../LocalLow/CollapseLauncher The config contains all app config including where Collapse stores its "App Data" where the config for all games location is put
