How is the feature request related to the problem?

Collapse will redownload the deleted packages after download is paused and resumed while merging.

Describe your proposed solution

save check and extract progress with hash info in the files so that Collapse will continue to check and extract after resuming. Otherwise Collapse will start from download after resuming and cause unnecessary time and bandwidths consume.

Describe alternatives you've considered

save installed voice version and game package version separately.

Note for assignees: This happens if the extraction phase already pass the 1st package. E.g. in HSR, install/update phase begin with Audio, so the audio will get updated first then the archive gets deleted. If for any reason user/app stops the next step, the install/update mechanism will check if every packages exist first, then do the first step again regardless.

For Audio patching in HSR, user can choose to skip it by adding @NoAudioPatch file in the game root folder
