Can't install richdocumentscode on a gandi server

I am trying to install richdocumentscode on a gandi.net server after installing richdocuments on nextcloud but it always fails. How can I fix this please?

I did it successfully on a gandi.net Web Hosting instance using: php -d memory_limit=512M ./occ app:install richdocumentscode. The Admin / NextCloud Office page tells that "Collabora Online server is reachable" but sadly I can only download files from the web UI as many others using NC 25.0.2.

Fails how? Can you provide a few more details? :-)

Also, does the gandi.net server meet the system requirements? https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/richdocumentscode#system-requirements
