Allow changing the autocorrect / replace rules the built-in server

In some situations, it is very useful to switch off the automatic capitalisation of the first letter of a sentence (for example).

So far, I have not been able to achieve that in the built-in server. I do know how to do that when using a full CODE setup on my server.

Is there a way of achieving that in the built-in server?
