Can't type in text in text Box

Describe the Bug

When inserting a text box, we can't type text into it, it appears in document containing the textbox. At least in Writer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. insert a text box (Insert > Text Box)
2. type text

Expected Behavior

The test appears inside the textbox

Actual Behavior

The text appears outside the textbox on the document.
