Frozen Column Cuts into Horizontal Scollbar Area

Describe the Bug

Horizontal scrollbar doesn't go 100% across the screen, but goes "100% MINUS the width of frozen column":

Steps to Reproduce

In Calc:

1. Open Frozen.Column.with.Yellow.Highlight.ods.
   • I added yellow background to more easily see frozen column.

Expected Behavior

Horizontal scrollbar goes "100% width across the screen".

Actual Behavior

Horizontal scrollbar only goes "100% − the width of frozen column".

Frozen column keeps going and "cuts into" the scrollbar's spot.
