"Position and Size" Menu Has Bad Spacing/Linebreaks

Describe the Bug

Calc's "Position and Size" menu has awkward spacing/linebreaks in the tabs/labels/units.

Collabora 23.05.5 vs. LibreOffice 7.6.3:

Steps to Reproduce

In Calc:

1. Insert > Chart
2. Right-Click > Position and Size... on the new chart.

Actual Behavior

1. "Position X" and "Position Y" labels have awkward linebreak:

2. The tabs along the top have awkward "split across 2 rows" placement:

3. The units look REALLY far away (and inconsistent) from the numbers:

(Notice 2-digit decimal places too. Currently, these boxes change 6.30 -> 6.3.)
