tab stop rendering and accesibility issues

Describe the Bug

Opening this bug report related to https://github.com/nextcloud/richdocuments/issues/3964

When adding tab stops by right-clicking the ruler, the rendered indicators are very small, difficult to see, and difficult to move and remove. With darkmode, they are nearly impossible to see.

I noticed that this issue seems unique to nextcloud. Whereas for the demo OCIS instance, tab stops are rendered entirely, but they are rendered below the ruler.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the document ruler
2. Right click on the ruler
3. Add tab stop

Expected Behavior

Tab stops should be rendered clearly and visibly.

Actual Behavior

On Nextcloud, tab stops are difficult to see and interact with.

In darkmode, tab stops are difficult to see.
